Shipping policy

Where your bottle comes from

Your bottle is sent from our supplier overseas, not from a warehouse in Australia. We would rather you knew that before you pay than after.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days, tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs within Australia

• Standard shipping: A$11 on orders under A$99.
• Free standard shipping on orders of A$99 or more, which includes any two or three bottle pack.

International orders

We ship to selected countries for a flat A$20. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email oliverxweir@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase it, then resend or refund.
